Hola, I'm Melly! My kitchen is a celebration of my dual heritage—Mexican and Middle Eastern—and the vibrant flavors I grew up with right here in California. While I spent my childhood surrounded by the comforting aromas of homemade meals, my own culinary journey truly began when I became a mom of two.
Driven by a desire to provide my children with the same authentic, soulful nourishment I had as a child, I perfected the art of the “homemade touch.” Today, I specialize in bringing you the deep, savory comfort of Carne en su Jugo and the bold, iconic crunch of Pambazos. For me, this isn't just about food—it's about honoring my roots, cherishing tradition, and sharing a piece of my family's table with yours.
